When things happen and stress occurs especially if is a build-up, then it is very difficult to deal with anything else. I am so happy that you have the menu and shopping and cooking down. What steps can you take to help when you get that overwhelmed feeling...Hard to walk away from it, but if you could just walk for 15 minutes, you would be better for it..Or, if you could sneak away and journal for just 5-10 minutes, that might help. What do you think? Best of ..actually very best of ...luck today. You are recommitting and we are all here for you, to support and help however..Be proud of yourself! You CAN do it!! Remember, it isn't a race but a lifestyle change and that takes time. Cheering you on!! -

Lean all you want. You sound like such a busy, busy woman and I know from experience, when one is busy, the last person they take time for is themselves!! Sounds so true in your case. I know you know the benefits of iChange, or you wouldn't be back. Do me (and yourself) a favour and try to take 15 minutes of "breathing" time just for you! Then, if you can find enough time, and it does take time,plan one meal for the coming day. Start with one. Work up to a full day. I think if you start with one, you will be more aware of what you eat the rest of the day. The dog-walking should provide some exercise for sure. You CAN do it...(and,BTW, the first word in brackets in my message to you was LIFE, not lite) Not a great typist; my mind goes faster than my fingers. We are all here for you!! Hi, lizbeth, guess you know that "lite hits". Last year I had lost weight, felt great and looked ok, too. THen I lost it..and gained and gained back to where I had been. It wasn't a conscious decision..heck! It wasn;t even a decision. Those pounds reappeared and I really didn't see them coming. You are one busy woman and losing weight takes time, time to plan, time to shop, time to journal, time to think...From all the great and encouraging comments on your site, I can see you are highly regarded and everyone wants to help you. Add me to that list, if there is anything I can do. I need to remotivate myself daily. That is why I started a group called Mommasheet's Motivated Members. It might be too much for you to pop in , but just saying.. Good luck. Happy planning! Don't be hard on yourself. We all have been there and done that!!! -
