    It's the start of a new week. What plans do you have to start another great habit? I hope they are plans that include drinking more water or eating more veggies. Maybe they are plans to walk a little further today when you exercise or to just say no to that sweet treat you love so much. Hang in there!

    Okay ladies, all I can say is this..... stop beating yourself up for not sticking with a "diet" or "exercise" plan... we all fall short when it comes to those things, unless you are obsessive compulsive about that type of stuff. I look at each new day as a challenge to see if I can make right and better choices for myself. Some days it is making the choice of eating ten less french fries from McDonalds and other days it is eating the perfect foods for my body. I am not perfect but I strive to work towards a healthier me.
