    If I remember correctly, they also have some really good roasted poblanos in that area. Have you had those yet?

    Lizbeth, on of my very FAV things out here is a roasted poblano stuffed with quinoa and pine nuts and then broiled with goat cheese on top! It is sooooo good. the food here is just the absolute best!
