I hope you are doing OK with all the smoke. Green tea will help protect your lungs.
It looks like your weight is slowly inching down and my guess is that you have lost all of your "easy" weight. That means, from here on out, you'll notice that you work harder for each additional pound. Some tips:
--make sure to eat most of your calories (especially carbs) before noon. I know that your busy schedule makes that tough, but that's what will get you results.
--be obsessive about the no carbs after 3pm rule.
--sleep, stress and hydration make a huge difference from this point on.
--every dinner and lunch should have some veggies involved.
I think you are doing great, but the last few pounds always take a Herculean effort. Moving some of your calories to breakfast is the first priority.
