Stay at home moms surrounded by Chaos Hi, all! I was just reviewing my groups and "remembered" that I was in this one. I think that this group concept is a really important one. Moms get so tired, and it's so easy to get overwhelmed and down on ourselves. I also think that this is another huge reason that people (including myself) struggle with food. I don't want to pass my bad food habits on to my kiddos.
So hopefully I'll find time to check in with this group more often!

Mommasheet's Motivated Members Hi, group! I'd love to find some motivation. I was really good at getting up early every day to get my exercise in, but I've lost my desire. If I don't exercise first thing in the morning (before the kiddos wake up), I just don't get to it later in the day. Looking forward to discussions here!
