    Do you suggest weighing daily or once a week? I like to do it daily but how often should I update it on my food/exercise page?

    I try to discourage daily weighing because you will go up and down during the week and it tends to make one unhappy. So, try once a week - I usually suggest a weigh in the morning of the Live Chat.
