Exercise Babies @bugtrain - great tips. I love the one about depression. I sufferred with post partum anxiety and depression and exercise truly saved my life. It makes me a better mom and wife as well. A happy mom makes for a happy family.

Exercise Babies So, I missed this push-up challenge. Are you aiming or 100 a day? Are they on your knees or toes? Be sure not to overdo it. Wouldn't want any injuries. :-)

P90X I have not been going straight through P90X these days, but I do work it in with other Beachbody workouts like Insanity, Turbo Fire, etc. Today, I did go back to basics with a good old Shoulders and Arms workout. I rarely work my upper body alone, but my lower body was fatigued and this workout was just what I needed. Happy Thursday all.

Exercise Babies Hi all. Bugtrain suggested I stop by and talk about completing a 5K. Have you heard of the Couch to 5K program? You can find it via Google. This program goes for about 9 weeks though so with an early October goal, you'll have to kick it up a notch. Since it seems that @zipppydeedo is already walk/jogging for an hour, I think it's totally doable to reach your goal.
Way to go for folks improving on push-ups too.
Bugtrain - excellent tips for working out at home. I LOVE my DVD library. Netflix has some good selections as well as some cable systems where you can select workout On Demand.
