    Cardio Salsa for an hour this evening and moderate swimming for 45 mins, so I'm wrecked but happy! Hopefully will make Aqua Aerobics tomorrow, and /or the Wii Fit!

    Hey girl! thanks for the sweet words of encouagement! I read you were trying to have a baby - great! That gives me another special request to pray for! I did not get pregnant until I was 41 - after the Drs. said I couldn't have a child at 35. Yes, she's my angel miracle. What kind of work do you do?     Hi Amina! Looks like things are going well for you on ichange- Love that you're working out with Wii- I workout a lot and Wii kicks my booty- literally its fun and a good workout!!!
