    I like that tip. Everyone should take pics in a bathing suit, even if you don't post it. It gives you incentive to go on.

    I am not too familiar with weight watchers. I agree that cardio can be challenging in the heat. I try to stay inside and blast the fan on me when I'm doing my DVDs
