Many people can eat as much as they want within their metabolic type limitations and still lose weight!
Each person has a unique metabolism which responds differently to various types of food. The nutrients that may give one person energy, positive moods, and a lean, healthy physique may have the opposite effect on someone else. Whether in weight loss or simply to improve your general health, it is important to understand your metabolic type and the foods that are best for you.
To determine your metabolic type, you will be asked to take a 100 question online assessment that will incorporate information about your physical, diet-related, and psychological traits as well as your blood type. I will review the results over the phone so that you understand your metabolic type, and we can develop a meal plan that is right for you.
I find that most of my clients are relieved when they understand the foods they should eat and those they should avoid. Weight loss becomes a much less tedious process and food selection can become a less stressful experience. For many, eating becomes fun again.
