Here's a great way to inspire yourself to cook and find healthy recipes: Start your own recipe book! All you need is a 3-ring binder. Buy the plastic inserts meant for photos for recipe cards, or if you are like me and rip pages out of magazines, slide them into plastic sleeves. You'll love having them all in one place and be inspired to add new ones, eventually creating dividers and categories. Someday you can type them all up, add some graphics and photos, and give them as gifts to your friends, relatives, and someday even your kids!
