Hope you are having a good weekend! Make sure to start your week off *rested* and *prepared*, in order to minimize those cravings and to make it so that you always have healthy am snacks ready. Your goal this week is to have ONLY HEALTHY MORNING SNACKS. If you DO give in to something junky, at least do it after you've got some nice fruit, veggies, grains (i.e. FIBER) in your system, because that will keep the junk from spiking your blood sugar so much...and getting you on the sugar roller coaster. OK, make me proud! :)
