Today, try to take time to do ONE simple thing that makes all the difference to your eating, satisfaction and weight. It is this:
Eat slowly, pay attention to flavor & satiety, stop eating when you are satisfied.
That's it! If you can make this a habit, almost everything else falls into place. The problem is that we often DON'T do this because we are eating in a hurry, are distracted, or waited so long to eat that we are ravenous and out of control.
Make this conscious effort today and for the rest of the week and let me know how it goes!
