I have a family history of diabetes and heart disease. So I feel that I need to do whatever I can to prevent that from happening to me.
This is definately a step in the right direction. good for you. My mother-in-law has diebetes, she eats very well now.I have the same family history! That's why I'm trying to focus on getting a healthier lifestyle & not stressing so much over the numbers.
