I am currently using Jackie Warner's circuit training DVD. Oh my, it is quite a workout. After one week of using it, I can't believe the changes in my body. It is not for beginners, but if you are serious about wanting to get toned, this is your workout.

I have a step I bought a long time ago... and well let's just say it is like brand new... but I wouldn't let my husband throw it out... I would like to use it... anybody have a good step tape... otherwise I think I may just put on some Madonna and go for it...

Oh my gosh wontmissitabit!! I am a former step aerobics instructor and am so excited you posted this!! All the best step routines are my own creations, lol! However, close seconds in my book are the old school step videos featuring Gin Miller usually associated with Reebok. Steps can be incorporated into circuit training as well. Jillian Michaels incorporates the step in some of her newer dvd's. The Gin Miller's are older so you may be able to buy them cheap. Send me a private message with your address and I'll mail you one of mine and you can try it for a while.
