We've added a few new features to iChange. From the 'Nutrition' tab you can now create recipes and save your meals in the nutrition journal. We'd love to hear your feedback on these new features.
Hi guys - I think the new modules are incredible. However, is there any chance you could relate them to the daily nutritional journal? I've just added my chicken soup to the recipes. I've got there all the ingredients and there overall calories, etc... if I want to ad a portion to my daily intake - is it possible to do so? and if yes, how?
