Using the iChange system is easy. Once you familiarize yourself with a few simple features on the site, you will find that using iChange will become second nature. To get started, let me point out some of the most important features:

How do I communicate with my expert?

You can send a note to your expert at any time from iChange. Just type the name into the "To" box at the top of this page, type your message, and click "send". You and your expert(s) will correspond regularly this way. They will check messages several times a day and are usually able to respond to questions quickly.

How do I update my progress?

Your expert will monitor your progress every day so that he or she can continue to guide you and tweak your program to get the best results. Each day, you should fill out your Food Journal, and whatever other progress trackers your expert assigns you, all of which are located on the right side of the main messaging page.

How do I communicate from my iPhone?

If you have an iPhone, you can carry iChange with you at all times. To use iChange from your iPhone, go to www.ichange.com on your browser and log in. You will find this especially useful when you are at a restaurant and want to quickly update your Food Journal.

How do I communicate from my cell phone?

You can communicate with your expert using text messaging from your cell phone. To enable this feature, click here and enter your cell phone number in the "Cell Phone Text Message Settings" section. Once enabled, you will receive text messages from me on your cell phone. To send your expert a text message, simply send it to phone number 50247.
