Make your own Salad Dressing
by Linda Miner
Commercial Salad Dressings are full of bad fats, salt, sugar, MSG, artificial colors and flavors. It is not difficult to make your own dressing and store it in the fridge.
I use this dressing on salads but also as a marinade for so many other things. It is absolutely fantastic on Portobello Mushrooms, marinate for at least an hour and grill on the barbeque - better than a steak any day. It's also great for chicken kebobs, fish, tofu, etc.
Juice of 1 Lemon
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ tsp dry Mustard powder
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
1-2 cloves garlic minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
